–필페이퍼의 작업 시작은 카카오톡 채널로부터 시작합니다.
홈페이지의 문의하기를 통해 대화를 시작해주세요.
– 채널에서의 상담 내용을 바탕으로 내방 및 제작이 진행됩니다.
– 완성된 제작물은 직접 방문수령 또는 퀵, 택배를 통해 전달드립니다.
– 선 입금 후 제작으로 작업이 진행됩니다.
– 필페이퍼에서는 디자인 작업을 진행하고 있지 않습니다.
– 필페이퍼의 공지는 카카오톡 채널의 ‘소식’란과 인스타그램을 통해 공지되고 있습니다.
– 작업일정을 생각하시거나 내방 일정을 확정하시기 전, 미리 확인 요청드립니다.
– 기본 제작 소요 시간은 업무일 기준 3~5일 이며, 후가공이 많고 특수한 경우 2주의 기간을 두고 작업을하고 있습니다.
– 데이터 문제로 인하여 잘못 인쇄된 건에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

Working Process with Fillpaper
– Starting Your Project: Our process begins through the KakaoTalk Channel. Please initiate a conversation via the “Inquiry” button on our official website.
– Consultation & Visit: Following our initial discussion on KakaoTalk, we proceed with in-person consultations (if necessary) and the production phase.
– Delivery: Completed projects can be collected in person or delivered via courier/quick-delivery services.
– Design Policy: Please note that Fillpaper focuses exclusively on production and manufacturing; we do not provide internal design services.
– Stay Updated: Official announcements and schedules are posted on our Instagram and the ‘News’ section of our KakaoTalk Channel. We kindly ask you to check these updates before finalizing your production timeline or scheduling a visit.
– Lead Time: Standard production typically takes 3 to 5 business days. However, for complex projects involving specialized finishing techniques, please allow at least 2 weeks.
– Data Responsibility: Fillpaper is not liable for printing errors caused by issues in the provided design data. We ask that you thoroughly review and inspect your files following our technical guidance before we proceed with the final print.
– Everything is made-to-order upon advanced payment.
